Painter of Birch, Believer in Life

Let creativity draw you in and delight your day.

I paint for joy, and to match your home décor! It is exciting for me to expand on the energy and comfort you get from your favorite colors. Working from your photographs and / or fabric swatches is perfect!  I love to paint larger than my arms can stretch, but I've also done smaller sizes.

I focus primarily on the birch tree.  I admire how this tree peels its imperfect bark to grow and to become strong. It thrills me to capture the craggy birch bark with the thick lush texture of oils or the subtle colors of watercolor.
