It felt right to call this painting “Along the Journey.”
It kind of mirrors life, doesn’t it? A path winding through, not always clear where it’s headed… but it is headed somewhere.
 
Because in life sometimes you're strolling, smiling, singing as life unfolds.
 
Other times you're dragging your feet. You hit those moments — feeling lost, stuck. Frustration mounting.  
 
I’ve been there. More than once. But the trick? Keep walking. Keep showing up.
 
Sure I believe beautiful times lie ahead, but sometimes life is hard. But if I stop and take a moment, I realize there’s beauty right now, too.
 
In the quiet, in the overlooked, in the tiny details we usually rush past.
 
That’s what I tried to capture in this piece: the calm, the color, the quiet strength of nature just being.
 
So walk with me along this path. Let go of that feeling of the overwhelm.
Take a deep breath.
Appreciate the small stuff.
